Gall & Gall: get franchisees on boardThe liquor store chain Gall & Gall want to implement their new identity as fast and as best as possible. This requires commitment from the shop owners as Gall & Gall is a franchise concept. Together with Gall & Gall we have figured out a way to make the shop owners enthusiastic towards the proposed changes. In two pilot stores pictures were made of the transformation. The pictures are used in a booklet to show the positive impact of the new identity on the shops image. We sent out the booklets together with a quote to all stores and followed up with a call to each shop manager. Eventually, over 470 stores requested to receive a makeover. In 8 weeks time 2500 m2 is painted, 2000 m2 of lighting installed, 1000 street signs placed and 15.000 m2 vinyl are printed and installed. We take care of everything to ensure Gall & Gall has nothing to worry about: from shop visits, permit applications through to installation and customer service. |
